These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Temurun Coffee website located at temuruncoffee.com ("Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

1.1 Account Creation. You may create an account on the Site to place orders and access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Order Acceptance. Temurun Coffee reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

4.2 Pricing. Prices for goods displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4.3 Payment Methods. Payment for goods on the Site must be made using one of the payment methods offered by Temurun Coffee.

4.4 Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods and will be added to your order total at checkout.

4.5 Risk of Loss. Risk of loss for purchased goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

5. Return Policy

Temurun Coffee offers a return policy within 7 days of purchase. Items to be returned must be in original and unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Transmit any viruses or other harmful code.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms of Use

Temurun Coffee may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
