Refund policy
Temurun Coffee ("Temurun Coffee," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing our customers with a delightful shopping experience. We understand that on occasion, you may need to return an item. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items purchased online within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- Items that have never been used or opened
- The item must not be a product excluded from the return policy (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Self-Serve Return: Sign in to your Temurun Coffee account and navigate to the "Order History" section. Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Initiate Return Request: Select the item(s) for return and provide a brief reason for your return. Submit the request for review.
- Review and Approval: We will promptly review your request and send you a confirmation email with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship the Package: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package. Attach the shipping label to the package and drop it off at a designated carrier location
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and verification of your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 20 business days.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements or if we believe the return is fraudulent or abusive.
